Selma van Diest (she/her) is a registered Clinical Psychologist and Sex Therapist and has been working with individuals, couples and their families providing treatment for general psychological, relational and sexual problems for over 15 years. Selma provides a client tailored approach supported by evidence based treatment protocols for various psychological disorders such as depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, weight management, health related issues and fertility. After her Master's in psychology, Selma specialized in providing therapy for sexual dysfunctions, marriage counselling, relationship advice and improving sexual health.
Selma van Diest is very passionate and dedicated about supporting her clients to improve their quality of life.

Her compassionate, open and empowering approach which focusses on the strengths and goals of the individual /couple, facilitates a professional connection and the development of a cohesive plan for attaining positive outcomes based on your needs. Selma is highly trained and experienced in providing practical strategies and advice to help you improve your situation and overcome your difficulties.

Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR (trauma treatment).
